Spring cleaning is a deep, top‑to‑bottom refresh designed to reset your home after winter. Cancellation Policy
Clients can book cleaning appointments in advance or on the same day, depending on availability. All bookings must be confirmed with payment: prepaid bookings are paid in full at the time of scheduling, while cash‑in‑hand bookings require a £20 deposit to secure the appointment; this deposit is deducted from the final balance on the day of the clean and is non‑refundable unless the business cancels. Clients must provide accurate booking details and be available at the scheduled time. Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible, though same‑day bookings cannot be guaranteed for rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or full‑service charge depending on circumstances.
